- Andira was formed in 2006 by Neil Pennington, following many years working on high-end residential and commercial projects in Liverpool and Manchester. "Having delivered high end installations for discerning private residence owners and commercial clients, I am fully aware of the high specification; tight deadlines and cost consciousness of these customers. My previous employment includes site and project management roles with a specialist joinery service provider, but I decided it was time to set up my own business to offer something different to the people and businesses of the North West."
